Shipping

We currently ship orders within Canada via Canada Post Expedited Shipping (includes tracking information).

There is a flat rate of $5.99. Free shipping is offered on all orders over $50.

Standard processing time is 48 hours. You will receive tracking information via email when your shipping label has been printed.

Refunds

Christopher Cromwell believes strongly in the quality and efficacy of each product we sell. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product purchase we are pleased to offer returns and exchanges on new or gently used items. Items marked final sale are not eligible for refund.

Returns may be processed by mail or by visiting the salon.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of your order shipping, or the in salon date of purchase in order to be eligible for a refund. Original sales receipts are required for all refunds and exchanges. When we receive your return request within 14 days you will receive a full refund of the purchase price to the original method of payment.

To return an item purchased online:

1. Email christophercromwellhairdesign@gmail.com and include your order number with the name of the item you would like to return. You can find your order number in your Order Confirmation Email.
2. Your return request will be processed within 72 hours and you will receive instructions, including how to ship your package. We strongly suggest that you obtain tracking information for your package.

Please note: You will be responsible for return shipping costs and we are unable to refund your original shipping charges unless the return is the result of our error.

To return an item purchased at the salon:

1. Return the item along with the original sales receipt to the Salon.
2. Your refund will be issued on the spot.
