COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS
Welcome back to the salon!
Safety is our main concern and a number of safety protocols have been put in place as stipulated by the Province of Nova Scotia in consultation with the Cosmetology Association of Nova Scotia.
- You will be asked if you are feeling well when booking your appointment.
- Appointments will be booked a minimum of 15 minutes between each client to allow ample time for completing cleaning, sanitation, disinfection, and sterilization processes between clients.
- Please do not arrive early for your scheduled appointment to avoid arriving at the same time as other scheduled clients.
- Please do not bring any friends/family to accompany you during your appointment.
- Please arrive with freshly washed, clean hair, as this will allow for a wet down and not a shampoo “to save time” at the sink and to ensure we are not directly face to face any longer than is required for your service (this will also allow for immediate application of color).
- Regulations dictate all staff and clients must wear masks at all times. You are encouraged to bring your own, however, complimentary masks will be made available if needed. Please note that masks do not replace social distancing requirements.
- While at the salon please:
• Use cough and sneeze etiquette.
• Maintain social distancing whenever possible.
• Avoid washroom use if possible.
• No hugs, handshakes, etc. - You are encouraged you to use debit/credit tap if possible.
- Please do not touch retail displays; I'll help you find your product.
- Drinks will not be served at this time and any beverages you bring with you must leave with you.
I'm excited to see you all again and Thank you for your help in following all of the safety protocols.
